When Charles was born his mother was very happy. She had a tragedy in her family and then another one because his son Charles got blind. But she was very strong and that's the reason why Ray Charles was so great...

Charles Ray is a good singer and pianist of the music jazz and blues.In 1990 it partecipated in the "festival di Sanremo" and it classified to the second place.He was succesful beginning from 1959 with the song "What'd Say"...he is very fantastis singer
I play the piano and I think that Ray Charles is a great singer and musician jazz and soul. It is really unbelievable to think to one as him, blind from when he was five years, which plays so well the piano. I like so much his song: "Georgia on my mind".
I saw the film a few days ago and i stayed shocked. His power was incredibly and his voice too but his life wasn't always roses and flowers. I think Ray has been a great player but he made some mistakes during his career. He had a lot of problem with the drugs, infact assuming that kind of substances he couldn't stay firm. He also had many problems with the women because he was a latin lover and he was disputed by many women.
I think that Charles Ray not only he was a good musician, a great singer and a great seducer but he was also a courageous man because he has learned to live with his blindness.
I admire a lot of ray charles because even if it is blind to sing many passages playing them to the piano. He was successful in the world because its passages were appreciated and listened by a lot of people. he is a fantastic singer.My favorite song is "I Can't Stop Loving You".
