Lithuania? I'm coming

Amazing week in Lithuania!

We left Italy full of prejudices, sure that Lithuania was nothing special and it would have been a dull week: we were totally wrong about everything!

Widespread extensions of woods alternated with immense prairies where deers were free to run across: incredibly astonished to watch them!

The fun came through when we arrived in the house where we would have lived for a week with the other participants of the project, an Erasmus+: Portugueses, Latvians and Lithuanians!

Every morning we wandered around Rokiskis, the quiet city were we stayed, full of lovely cottages and ponds in which various species of flying animals swam: from ducks to black swans!

We did much sport ( we also attended local basketball and soccer tournaments), danced every night till early morning, went sailing through enchanting landscapes, took the sauna and then we immediately swam in the ice-cold lake near home: we lived up, we enjoyed every moment as much deeply as possible! Moreover, all the group took part to several workshops about tolerance and cooperation and each country prepared an intercultural evening event.

It was an unforgettable week. We had fun, but also grew up: we have met extraordinary people and now we have a more clear view about the importance of cultural exchanges.

I love Paris

"Last summer I went to Paris and this romantic and charming city seemed two faced to me. I really enjoyed visiting "Quartier Pigalle" and "Quartier de Les Marais" that had a soothing and cosy atmosphere. All of this is completed by the Seine River and its bridges. On the other side we have "Galeries LaFayette": this establishment has a liberty design and it represents the so-well-known fashion taste that Paris has.  But how can we talk about Paris without mentioning the Eiffel Tower? Which is the simbol of the renovation of the city that has always tried to stay on the top of the world.  Not far away from Notre Dame de Paris we can also find the "'Shakespeare & co' Library", a small bookshop, designed with an old fashioned style, that has got an impressive variety of English books. It's hard to find a destination with a richer history than italy. It's always great to go to the capital city and see the beauty of its monuments. Even if this summer is the third time I was in Rome, it seems that I was there for the first time.The Roman Forum and the Colosseum are probably the most famous and most frequented tourist sights in Italy and with millions of visitors every year and I was one of them. Mom!Dad!Look out : the Pope's coming!

St Peter’s Basilica in Vatican City is one of the most important Christian sites in the world and is a church (rather than a cathedral) with a long and illustrious history. LIVING IN BANGLADESH

Hi Everyone,my name is Rokun Uddin,I am in my third year of high school Benedetto Croce.I am from Bangladesh so I often go there. On 12th September I went there where I’ve been for two weeks. I stayed in Chittagong, one of the most important districts in Bangladesh, I lived at home in the country. I visited a lot of places like "Rangamati" and "Rajarbhari" and also the "Mosque of Oxygen"and "Budda's statue". I saw also some animals like mokeys and elephants walking along the streets in absolutely freedom: it was very funny.I was also on a typical taxi, the Ricsha, that is a kind of bycicle where two people can sit and go where they want.
