It was a memorable day off on the beach wondering for seeing a whale skeleton on the sand and wide black spots on the sea water. It was August and the hot sounth was missing a lot. We walked to the fish market where,next to huge oysters, some jelly eels were contained in plastic glasses. It was my good chance and I tasted them for my first time. They were delicious !
